Products are made according to the cosmetic guidelines set forth by the United States FDA. However, the use of North Star Glitters glitter cosmetics is at the discretion of the user. As with all cosmetics, read all labels carefully and apply glitter cosmetics in accordance with their labeling. North Star Glitters glitter cosmetics are for external use only and should be not ingested. Prevent eye irritation by avoiding application near and around your eye’s tear ducts and waterline.

Important: For holiday and seasonal items, we will typically indicate the last “order by” date to place your order to ensure you have it in time for the upcoming holiday.
All products are usually in stock and readily available. Although we are constantly restocking our inventories, an item may be out-of-stock. We will immediately notify you if an item is back-ordered and what the anticipated wait time is.
We know you’re going to love our glitter cosmetics but we also know sometimes things don’t work out. North Star Glitters gladly accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be pre-approved and a return slip will be provided for you. Refunds and exchanges will not be approved for returns outside of the return period and/or without an official return slip. For a return slip, simply use our contact us form and we will e-mail one to you right away. Please note, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and new shipping charges if a replacement item has been requested.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from North Star Glitters LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS). We cannot take responsibility for the shipment (i.e. in the case of lost packages we will not refund anything and/or re-shipping will be at the customer’s cost).
We offer various payment options including PayPal and credit cards (VISA, American Express, MasterCard and Discover).
Prices do not include sales tax (when applicable) or shipping & handling charges.
For residents in the state of California (CA), a sales tax of 7.75% is applicable (subject to change). If CA residents are not charged taxes for any reason, we reserve the right to charge taxes even after a purchase has been made.
